Student has to obtain minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory to be eligible to appear in the examination.
In special cases and for sufficient cause shown, the Provost on the recommendation of the School concerned may condone the deficiency not exceeding 10% in attendance due to ill-health, when the application submitted at the time of the actual illness is supported by a certificate from an authorized medical officer.
Half days and short leaves are not granted to students.
A leave Note for 1 day leave should also be submitted.
Leave application and leave record should be duly signed by the parents or guardian.
Leave will not be granted on the reopening or closing day of a term.
